Clair County Superior Court Case Search
There is no superior court in St Clair County. Hence, there is no way one can perform a St Clair County superior case search. The Circuit Court is the trial court with the broadest jurisdiction in Michigan. The highest county court in St Clair County is the 31st circuit court. The circuit court manages appeals from the 72nd District Court and administrative agencies, criminal felony cases, and civil cases involving claims over $25,000.
